- 3 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with CPA/CPFA/CPFM intermediate level /ACCA Foundation Level (Completion of ACCA Applied Skills papers)0 Year of relevant experience
- 4 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance0 Year of relevant experience
- 5 Diploma (A1) in Management and Accounting0 Year of relevant experience

- 9Proficiency in Financial Management systems and in-depth knowledge of the Rwanda’s public finance management
- 10Time Resource management skills
