Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to IMS and associated components.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and web-based platforms to address their technical inquiries.
- Maintain a deep understanding of IMS products and its integration with other Broadcom products.
- Analyze complex issues using logs, traces, dumps, debuggers, and other tools.
- Work effectively with other team members and external resources to resolve customer problems.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Participate in customer-facing activities, such as site visits, user group meetings, and webinars.
- Stay updated on the latest product developments and future directions.
- Actively participate in scrum teams and contribute to various development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience working with IMS products or similar single sign-on products.
- Strong understanding of applications, operating systems, web servers, application servers, directory servers, databases, software development, networking protocols, and federated technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and identify effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Good to have technical certifications.
