Job Description:
Ikaze Inc is seeking a passionate and dedicated Course Instructor to join our education team in Kigali, Rwanda. This is a hybrid position that offers a flexible work environment, allowing you to work both remotely and in person. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, exceptional teaching skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning experience for students.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and deliver educational content for students in alignment with the course objectives.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual classes, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
- Adapt instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate with other educators and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive curriculum.
- Stay up to date with the latest educational trends, tools, and technologies.
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to improve teaching strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching or instructional roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (both in-person and online).
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
