Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Pedro’s Coffee shops, ensuring high-quality service and product standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and financial reporting.
- Passion for coffee and customer service excellence.
