  • Oversee daily operations of Pedro’s Coffee shops, ensuring high-quality service and product standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and financial reporting.
  • Passion for coffee and customer service excellence.
