This role is open to individuals based in Rwanda, providing support to clients within their communities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Loan Application Agent, your main duties will include:
- Assisting clients with completing and submitting motorbike loan applications via Jali Finance’s online system.
- Guiding and answering clients’ questions about loan requirements, application procedures, and eligibility criteria.
Requirements
To join our team, you must:
- Have completed Senior Six (High School).
- Be fluent in both Kinyarwanda and English.
- Have access to a computer and internet.
- Familiarity with Irembo is a plus.
