Lemon Kigali is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, ensuring their visits are filled with warmth, exceptional service, and delightful moments. As the face of Lemon Kigali, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation as a premier spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating knowledge of our menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Contribute to creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Bright and energetic personality with a natural ability to make people feel special
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident and service-minded attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus
