Application description
As a Sales Representative at XanaHealth, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of healthcare-related software and services. Your primary focus will be on XanaHealth’s electronic medical records (EMR) system and healthcare solutions. You will interact directly with healthcare providers to ensure that their needs are met while closing deals. You will be presentable, knowledgeable about the healthcare sector, and adept at discussing how XanaHealth’s solutions can benefit clinics and hospitals. Your role will be instrumental in establishing new accounts for XanaHealth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive B2B sales by calling and visiting potential healthcare clients (clinics, hospitals, etc.) to present, promote, and sell XanaHealth’s healthcare products and services.
- Possess strong knowledge of XanaHealth’s EMR and patient management products to identify and address customer needs.
- Use CRM (HubSpot) and other software to maintain accurate records of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer needs/preferences.
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that XanaHealth offers to healthcare providers.
- Meet monthly sales targets effectively.
- Process sales contracts.
- Support the team in the client onboarding process.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Inform management of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that XanaHealth products meet current market needs.
- Keep up-to-date with market conditions, competitive activities, and advertising and promotional trends related to healthcare technology.
- Perform any other sales-related activities depending on company needs.
- Attend training to stay up to date with new product specifications and features.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
GOALS
- Increase the number of XanaHealth business sales onboarded.
- Increase the number of active business accounts month on month.
- Increase the number of transactions from clients month on month.
- Maintain an excellent overview of the current portfolio and potential sales.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Nursing degree or equivalent healthcare background preferred.
- Knowledge of patient management systems and EMR.
- Experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Typing skills and tech-savviness.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of sales dynamics and processes.
- Motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and networking skills.
- Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda. Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
