Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize all aspects of IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operation
- Implement and maintain infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud services
- Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and resources
- Perform regular system backups and implement disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with other teams to provide technical support and resolve infrastructure-related issues
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices
- Participate in IT audits, such as ISO and SOC audits
- Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and capacity expansions to meet future business requirements
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure in a corporate environment
- Proficient in server administration, storage management, virtualization technologies, and cloud services
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure security, and disaster recovery planning
- Experience with IT service management practices and tools
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional) is a plus
- Experience with DevOps Infrastructure Automation is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekend shifts (some shifts may be accommodated to employee preference)
