Position Overview
Reports to: Operations Manager
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will play a key role in expanding our presence in the retail and catering sectors, while continuing to support our efforts in the horeca
(hotels, restaurants, catering) market. This role combines strategic marketing initiatives with hands-on sales responsibilities, with the ultimate goal of increasing the visibility of our brands, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth.
The coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and execute marketing plans, identify new business opportunities, and foster relationships with key clients in both existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Development:
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote our wine portfolio across various platforms. This includes social media, email marketing, in-store promotions, and event marketing (wine tastings, etc.).
Client Events & Activations: Assist in organizing and managing wine-tasting events, corporate promotions, and client education sessions to generate interest and build brand loyalty.
Digital & Traditional Marketing: Collaborate on creating content for social media and newsletters, contributing to brand storytelling, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Collaboration and Execution:
Market Research: Conduct research on current market trends, competitor activities, and client needs, using these insights to influence the company’s marketing and
sales strategy.
Marketing Idea Development: Brainstorm, develop, and present new marketing strategies and campaigns, both for the HORECA sector and for new markets (retail and
catering).
Marketing Collateral: Work and coordinate with the IT manager and designers and external agencies to develop promotional materials such as brochures, sales decks, and product information sheets of quality.
Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs to the Operations Manager.
Key Skills and Requirements
Creative mindset with a keen interest in marketing, brand development, and event coordination
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
