Overview

Reporting to: Managing Director

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the MD and Human Resources Coordinator. This dual role requires a dynamic professional who can seamlessly manage administrative tasks, provide executive support, and handle essential HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage scheduling of appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Assist with planning and coordination of events and the overall activities of the company.
  • Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support with drafting and tracking of budgets.

Human Resources Coordinator Duties:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Coordinate team performance assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage and update employee handbooks and other HR-related documents.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in Human Resources administration is highly desirable.
